In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel appellant to grant petitioner’s application for final subdivision approval, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Ingrassia, J.), dated October 5, 1984, which granted the petition.

Judgment affirmed, with costs.
