Poff v. Commonwealth

NARICK, Senior Judge.

Before this Court is the appeal of Leonard D. Poff (Poff) from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County that convicted him of the summary offense of using bait to hunt in violation of Section 2308(a)(8) of the Game and Wildlife Code1 (Code). We affirm.

Wildlife Conservation Officers observed Poff at his parents’ cabin in Cummings Township. Poff came out of the *652cabin dressed in camouflage clothing with his hunting license on his back.
