The plaintiffs, special administrators of the estate of B. M. B. Nelson, sought to recover six thousand dollars claimed to have been loaned defendant by the deceased. The exceptions state that the defendant admitted the receipt of the money as charged, and made no claim that he had repaid it, and *300pleaded only the general issue with notice.
