In the final decree in the account of the trustee in the above estate made February 4, 1930, it was adjudged that in default of a general guardian being appointed, the sum of $307.81, the distributive share of Agnes McCulloch Paterson, an infant, be paid into court by deposit of the same with the treasurer of the county of Nassau. Such deposit was made. A petition is now presented in behalf of Agnes McCulloch Paterson accompanied with proof that she has attained the age of twenty-one years and seeking payment to her of the amount thus on deposit with the county treasurer.
