| ^Defendants, Troy Arceneaux (Arcen-eaux) and Katie M. Hollier (Hollier), ap*668peal the judgment of the trial court denying the motion to rescind tax redemption filed by Plaintiff, Sid Hebert (Sheriff), in his official capacity as sheriff/tax collector of Iberia Parish. For the following reasons, we reverse.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
