This is an action upon a promissory note dated January 17, 1930, for the sum of $2,000, with interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, due on or before March 1, 1930, in favor of E. Gk Robinson. The note is in the usual form, signed by the Pacific Coast Linen Mills, by Fletcher Linn, treasurer, and A. T. Allen, assistant secretary, and indorsed on the back, as guarantors, by defendants Fletcher Linn, James Gk Walker, Jr., and J. P. Rasmussen. The note was indorsed by E. G. Robinson to Frances G. Robinson, the wife of E. G. Robinson, on October 15, 1932. The cause was tried by the court…
