OPINION OF THE COURT ON RECONSIDERATION
ZOLPER, Judge:
A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant, consistent with his pleas, of failing to obey a lawful general regulation, adultery on divers occasions, fraternization, and fraternization on divers occasions, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 934 [hereinafter UCMJ].
