Plaintiff Marie Derbes (“Derbes” or “plaintiff’) seeks judicial review of the denial of her application for disability insurance benefits by defendant, Carolyn W. Colvin (“the Commissioner”), in her- official capacity as Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”).
