This is an action in case by Nellie M. Presley, administratrix of the estate of John W. Presley, deceased, against Kinlock-Bloomington Telephone Company (hereinafter designated as the Telephone Co.), Bloomington & Normal Railway &. Light Company (hereinafter designated as the Lighting Co.), and Bloomington & Normal Railway, Electric & Heating Company. Upon a trial by jury a verdict was returned against all of the defendants, for the sum of $10,000. After verdict the suit was dismissed as to the Bloomington & Normal Railway,…
