On behalf of itself and others similarly situated, petitioner, a taxpayer in the Town of Clarkstown, County of Rockland, brings this article 78 proceeding to review and annul the tax map and assessment roll of said town and for other relief hereinafter mentioned because of certain alleged jurisdictional defects and errors.
