This is an appeal from a decision of a three-judge panel (one judge dissenting) of the Workers’ Compensation Court awarding plaintiff-appellee, Ronald A. Miller, 66/7 weeks’ temporary total disability and certain medical expenses. Defendants, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Miller’s employer, and The Travelers Insurance Company, Goodyear’s insurer, have appealed.
