This is an appeal by the Wabash Railroad Company from the -judgment of thé ■Circuit Court of Cole County affirming an -order of the Public Service Commission in regard to two grade crossings.

The proceedings were begun on June 22, 1951, by the filing of formal applications by the State Highway Commission with the Public Service Commission, in which the appellant, Wabash Railroad Company, was named as defendant.
