— In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 1979, which, after a nonjury trial, was in favor of the plaintiff in the principal amount of $69,285.58. Judgment modified, on the law, by reducing the principal award to $66,815.58. As so modified, judgment affirmed, without costs or disbursements, and case remitted to Special Term for entry of an appropriate amended judgment.
