This case is before the Court on appeal from the November 15, 2004, Order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County affirming the August 26, 2004, Oi’der on Remand of the Family Court of Cabell County granting grandparent visitation to Appellee Daisy Keesee with Appellant’s children. This Court has before it the petition for appeal, the response, the briefs of the parties, and all matters of record.
