Affirming in part and reversing in part.

On October 17, 1924, some one slew Volney Harrison. Bradley Watkins and Warner Hnnton were charged by indictment with his murder, and now are asking for the reversal of a judgment imposing upon each of them three years’ imprisonment for manslaughter.
