Came on for trial on May 10, 1989 the Complaint for Contempt, for Punitive Damages, for Attorneys’ Fees, for Costs, for Injunction filed by Donald P. Moran, (“Debtor” or “Plaintiff”), against Saxenian Properties and Ronald B.
