MEMORANDUM OPINION

RONALD BARLIANT, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Trustee for this chapter 7 estate has petitioned the Court to issue a writ of mandamus against Respondents, the Cook County Board of Commissioners (“the Board”) and its president, John H. Stroger, Jr. to pay a judgment entered more than a year ago against the Defendants, David D. Orr, Cook County Clerk, and Edward J. Rosewell, Cook County Treasurer, in their official capacities.
