This Is a proceeding in error to review the action of the district court of Carter county in setting aside a judgment of foreclosure of tax liens in a proceeding instituted, Apparently, under chapter 12, Session Laws of 1925. The plaintiff in this case has had considerable experience in this court, according to published cases. It appears that she was the assignee of several tax certificates on various tracts of land, and she joined several causes of action in one suit, each arising out of a separate tax sale and based on a separate tax certificate, the lands being- different and the parties…
