TAMILIA, Judge:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed March 9, 1989 following appellant’s conviction of homicide by vehicle — DUI related,1 homicide by vehicle,2 driving under the influence,3 limitations on backing4 and involuntary manslaughter.5 The trial court sentenced him to serve 42 to 84 months in prison and pay a $1,325 fine plus the costs of prosecution. Appellant filed post-trial motions in the nature of motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial, which were denied. This appeal followed.
