Randall D. McCamey (licensee) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County (trial court) sustaining the suspension of his driving privileges for refusal to submit to a blood test for alcohol content under section 1547 of the Vehicle Code 1 The order of the trial court is reversed.
