This is the second appearance of this criminal case before this Court. Raul Prado was charged with trafficking in marijuana, and in Prado v. State, 306 Ga. App. 240 (701 SE2d 871) (2010) (“Prado F), we affirmed on interlocutory appeal the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress the contraband seized from a residence and a recreational trailer. After our decision, Prado was tried before a jury and convicted of the charged offense.
