This is a suit to foreclose a second mortgage on real estate located in Hastings. The trial court found for the receiver of the bank, and entered a decree from which the “Hastings Theatre & Realty Corporation” appeals. In the beginning of this, transaction Bryant owned some vacant property in the heart of the city which he sold to the company.
