Appellant brought his action against appellee for trespass in breaking into plaintiff’s store and seizing and carrying away plaintiff’s personal property, and in the first and second counts of the declaration, which consists of three counts, it is alleged that by means of the trespasses complained of plaintiff’s business was damaged and his credit and reputation injured.
