Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 26, 2016, which denied claimant’s application for reopening and/or reconsideration of a prior decision.

The Department of Labor issued an initial determination that, among other things, disqualified claimant from receiving unemployment insurance benefits and charged her with a recoverable overpayment.
