—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the *688plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Connell, J.), dated May 5, 1997, which granted the motion of the defendants George Hines and Nassau Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery Group, P. C., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
