HINES, Justice.

Leon Tawon Cummings (“Cummings”) appeals his convictions for malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with the death of Shannon Hereford. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Construed to support the verdicts, the evidence showed that Cummings’s brother, Delvechio Cummings (“Delvechio”), was shot in the leg on March 24, 2000; Delvechio refused to cooperate with police investigating the matter.
