OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

The Grievance Committee served the respondent with a peti*117tion containing one charge of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained the charge after a hearing. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee’s report and to impose such discipline as the Court deems just and proper. The respondent supports the motion to confirm and asks that he be allowed to continue to practice law uninterrupted with the skill and dedication he has shown for approximately 30 years.
