Before the Court is petitioner Brenda Acosta-Andujar’s (“petitioner”) pro se motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 *498(“§ 2255 motion”) (ECF No. 1), U.S. Magistrate Judge Justo Arenas’ Report and Recommendation (“R & R”) that the § 2255 motion be denied (ECF No. 11), and petitioner’s objections to the R & R (ECF No. 12).
