hA Van Burén County jury convicted appellant Dale Harvey Brown of the manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Brown was sentenced to an aggregate total of sixteen years’ imprisonment and fined $80,000. Brown does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his convictions. Rather, Brown argues that the trial court erred in allowing him to represent himself without having made a knowing and intelligent waiver of his right to counsel. We agree…
