A mandamus nisi was issued; to which the judge made a return; and the case came on to be heard upon the petition and return and the exhibits filed with them. *This is an application to this court to issue a writ of mandamus to compel the Honorable William I. Clopton, judge of the hustings court of the city of Manchester, to sign several bills of .exceptions tendered by the relator, Samuel M. Page, to a judgment for a fine imposed on him for an alleged contempt by misbehavior in the presence of the said court.
