This is an appeal by the executrix of the estate of August F. Roeske, deceased, from a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of Cook county.
It appears that the executrix filed her amended final account in the Probate Court of Cook county, and that the same was approved. From such order of approval, appellees prosecuted an appeal to the Circuit Court of Cook county.
