This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court setting aside an order of the probate court directing the surviving and liquidating partner of a partnership estate to pay to the widow of his deceased partner the sum of $351 out of the assets of the partnership estate, on the assumption that she was entitled thereto as a widow’s allowance under subparagraphs (2) and (3) of G. S. 1935, 22-511.
