Outhwaite v. Gunn

This is a suit in ejectment brought by plaintiff against defendant to recover a strip of land six inches wide on the south side of her premises *67in the city of Muskegon upon which plaintiff claims defendant has encroached and now occupies with the basement or foundation wall of his building, and its footings. The case was tried before a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of defendant, upon which a judgment was duly entered. Plaintiff brings the case to this court for review.
