This case concerns the arbitrability of several controversies which have arisen between the parties to a construction contract. Roosevelt University (plaintiff-appellant and hereafter “Roosevelt”) appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Cook County denying its motion under section 2(b) of the Uniform Arbitration Act (Ill.
