Appellants, on behalf of themselves and other citizens, residents and taxpayers of the Town of Fort Oglethorpe, filed a complaint seeking injunctive and declaratory relief against the appellees, Town of Fort Oglethorpe, the Post Recreation Association (PRA), and the Catoosa County School District, in the Superior Court of Catoosa County in June, 1974. They prosecute this appeal from the judgment of the trial court entered July *71211, 1974, which dismissed their complaint for failure to state a claim.
