At the conclusion of a bifurcated trial in Superior Court, the defendant was convicted of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OUI), seventh offense, G. L. c. 90, § 24(l)(a)(l); operating to endanger, G. L. c. 90, § 24(2)(a); and operating after revocation of his license, G.
