HOLCOMB, Justice.
Roberto Sanchez Garcia (“Appellant”) was charged with burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony. Appellant pleaded not guilty and waived his right to a jury trial. On July 21, 1995, the 4th Judicial District Court of Rusk County, Texas, tried and convicted Appellant of the charged offense. After a hearing on punishment, the court sentenced Appellant to 18 years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Appellant seeks reversal of the trial court’s judgment based on alleged errors in both the guilt/innoeence and punishment phases of his trial. We will…
