All parties 1 have appealed in this court-tried case challenging the actions of Savage, as an individual and a trustee, and the various corporate defendants in the operation of Sunset Memorial Park and Mausoleum, a cemetery.

Grace Stensto is a lot owner in the cemetery. She is also the president of St. Louis Wilbert Vault Company. Wilbert and Nor-walk Vault Company of Missouri are companies engaged in the sale of vaults and crypts exclusively to funeral directors on an “at need” basis (after death).
