The State charged E.O.E., with the offense of aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon pursuant to Section 53.045 of the Texas Family Code. A jury trial was held on February 11, 2014, in which a jury found him to have engaged in delinquent conduct. E.O.E. now appeals the jury’s finding.
