Currently before the Court is Plaintiff the United States of America’s (the “Gov*1181ernment”) motion to stay the instant forfeiture action under 18 U.S.C. § 981(g) pending sentencing in a related criminal matter, United States v. Keuylian (Case No. SACR 09-00056-CJC), or, in the alternative, to quash the deposition subpoena issued to former FBI Agent Peter H.
