On March 4, 2004, the plaintiff, Thomas C. Schultz (“Schultz”), filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia against the defendant, AT & T Wireless Services, Inc. (“AT & T”), which stems from a contract dispute regarding cellular services.
