This is an appeal from a judgment enjoining the defendants from interfering with or obstructing the use of certain drainage ditches constructed on defendants’ land in 1959 and ordering the defendants to remove obstructions placed in those ditches in 1975. The parties to this action are the owners and tenants of real property adjoining on the east, south and west that portion of Big Oak State Park which is in Section 14.
