Before the court is the motion of Plaintiff United States (“the Government”), pursuant to USCIT Rule 55, for a default judgment against Defendant Horizon Products International, Inc. (“Horizon”) for a civil penalty in the amount of $324,540.00, plus post-judgment interest. Pl.’s Mot. for Default J., ECF No. 47 (“PL’s Mot.”).
