RHODES RUSSELL, Chief Judge.

Dennis Nelson (Defendant) appeals from the judgment and sentence entered following his jury conviction for statutory rape in violation of section 566.030, RSMo 1994. We dismiss his appeal.

A jury convicted Defendant of statutory rape following trial. On June 30, 1995, the trial court entered a judgment of conviction and sentenced Defendant to serve 30 years’ imprisonment.
