OPINION
SUSAN LARSEN, Justice.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendant mortgage company on the plaintiffs wrongful foreclosure and tortious interference causes of action. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
FACTS
On October 30, 1978, Ernest Guinn executed a promissory note in favor of Mutual Savings Association of El Paso. The note was secured by a deed of trust on property located at 1905 North Kansas Street in El Paso, Texas (“1905 North Kansas”).
