MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
Plaintiff is a teacher employed by the defendant School Board of the County of Henrico (“School Board”). She brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Virginia law, alleging the defendants suspended her employment and are considering dismissing her in retaliation for her bringing this suit, thus depriving her of a property right without due process of law and violating Virginia law, as well as violating her first amendment rights.
