This case is before this Court on a Petition filed by the United States of America on behalf of its agency, Small Business Administration (SBA), seeking reversal of so much of an Order of the Referee in Bankruptcy which awarded discharge to Albert Lamar Fleming, hereinafter referred to as the “bankrupt”. Although the objecting creditor, SBA, which is a scheduled creditor and a proper party to file Specifications of Objection herein, opposed granting of discharge to both bankrupts, Albert Lamar Fleming and his wife, Gloria Kislanko Fleming, the Specifications relate only…
