This matter is before the Court on Debtor's Motion for an Order Finding Creditor Michael Stephen Kelsay in Violation of the Automatic Stay [ECF No. 26 ("Stay Violation Motion") ], Creditor's Objection thereto [ECF No. 35], and Debtor's Response [ECF No. 110].
