OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DISMISSING CASE WITH PREJUDICE

The plaintiff filed a complaint alleging that the defendant violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act when it reported that the plaintiffs bankruptcy-discharged home mortgage loan had a zero balance and no payment activity.
