Appeal from the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Petition filed January 30, 1918, by Dietrich Fadler, and he having died before the cause was tried, it was revived in the name of respondents, as trustee and executor under his will. The object of the petition is to cancel and set aside certain certificates of purchase and a city collector's tax deed to Lots 236 and 237 in Block 17 in McGee's Addition to Kansas City, owned by said Fadler.
